Haute Fitness
Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at 2:53PM After a small holiday hiatus, I'm back! With the New Year upon us and already in full swing, I am making a resolution to post here more often...and I'm so excited to kick this off by introducing you to my good friend Heather Cohen, fitness guru and inspiration to many, myself included. This weekend I had the honor of working with Heather on her photo shoot in Washington, DC, along with another industry professional, renowned photographer Zaid Hamid.
I can't wait to share some of the photos from the shoot, but in the meantime, be sure to check out Heather's blog or take one of her classes at VIDA Fitness or Washington Sports Club.

Named the Hottest Fitness Celebrity of 2010 by Edge Magazine, Heather Cohen, master trainer, entrepreneur, and group fitness guru, has more than 10 years of industry experience. Heather has developed a reputation amongst DC's fitness enthusiasts as the high-energy, challenging, and witty fitness instructor who is the impresario of House Beats Spin offered at Vida fitness and the Total Body Conditioning guru at Washington Sports Club. Heather has cultivated a legion of devoted fans evidenced by the line that forms twenty minutes before her classes begin and the extensive waiting list of personal training clients. Heather is currently training Miss DC Jen Corey for the 2010 Miss America Pageant as well as several professional athletes, including MLS champion Milos Kocic. Heather's brand, Haute Fitness LLC, is launching the newest and hottest classes in group fitness and personal training— In Heather's own words, "You don't have to go to the gym to sweat." Heather is also one of Lululemon's newest ambassadors, an honor bestowed to unique individuals and leaders in the fitness community.
