I married my best friend on October 13, 2012 ~ and it was a perfect day. After working with countless brides as a makeup artist and planning countless events in my day job - planning my own wedding was a ball. The weather was beautiful, the many details came together, and most importantly ~ Kingston + I were surrounded by those that we love, making it the happiest day of my life. The moment I got engaged, people starting asking me, "Who's going to do the makeup for your wedding?!" I replied, "Me, of course!" Fifteen leaders from various nonprofit organizations were invited to participate in an “Old Hollywood” fashion editorial. This one-night exhibit was held at L2 Lounge in Washington, DC on November 16, 2011 and raised $4,200 for the nonprofit organizations.
